I think it looks nice 😊 If you wanted, I suppose you could create a displacement map, applied to the heart, so it shifts in relation to the ribs? Have a nice day, my friend 🌹
In Photoshop, you can create a flattened duplicate (e.g., the x-ray) in greyscale format, saved as a .psd. Then, in your main design file – using a copy of the heart – use the filter Distort > Displacement File, and select the greyscale duplicate you made. You can experiment with horizontal & vertical distortion amounts. Also, to enhance the display of variation of the heart itself, you could give it a (monotone) gradient – which may reveal shifts/displacement, more so. 🙂
Hi Phil, that was so hard with the translation. Let’s see if I’ll deal with it again. distorting, I understood. With the grayscale less. It’s best to send a link from youtube. Maybe you meant luminance masks. Translating Photoshop from English to German is really difficult. https://youtu.be/etmC4XgyDYQ
Hi Nicole, sorry about that. My Photoshop is old, but here’s a youtube video which describes the process https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=geZ8UDF4ScA In this example, use your heart image in place of the text. Have a nice day my friend 😊🌹
It was a great idea but it did not work. Because the x-ray didn’t have enough contrast.
I´ve tried masks and erasers. :-))) No more hearts, it’s enough.😂

I tried to make something out of my X-ray. I`m not 100% satisfied with the heart. It needs more 3D
